		<description>This all depends on whether or not the blog represents a record.  Fixity is part of ensuring the recordiness of a record.  Unless something is a record then &lt;strong&gt;irrespective of whether or not it is in a record management system, just declaring that 'this is the final version' does not make it a record&lt;/strong&gt; nor does preserving something necessarily make it a record either.

We are in the realm of what I was talking about in Aberdeen - different people using the same words to mean (subtly?) different things.
